From the towering turquoise waterfalls in Plitvice to the stunning seaside Roman fortresses of Split and Dubrovnik and the clear Adriatic waters surrounding the island of Hvar,
Croatia outshines Italy as the ultimate European summer adventure.
In Croatia, you'll learn about the deep recent history and culture of the Balkans, while also living your best life under the Mediterranean sun. Open yourself to new experiences by wandering the historical palaces of Split and then trying delicious homemade gnocchi at our favorite restaurant on the water. Get lost in Hvar by renting a scooter and exploring all over the island, finding little Croatian towns and hidden beaches along the way, or spending your day on a boat out on the water. Paddle out to sea in a kayak for a view of Dubrovnik's seaside fortress walls or feel like the Mother of Dragons looking over the picturesque blue sea and orange rooftops from the top of the city's cable car.

Day Zero
Flight to Split
Who doesn't love a travel day? Grab those free meals and drinks on your overseas flight.
The flight will most likely be an overnight flight due to the time change from the Americas, so get some sleep and watch some movies.
Day One
Arrival in Split
Arrive in the beautiful and ancient city of Split! Enjoy the stress-free airport transfer. Your TWC group leader will greet you upon arrival and introduce you to your new friends!
In the afternoon, you can join a walking tour with the group. Walk into one of the best-preserved Roman palaces in the world, explore the sea-side city's beautiful and rich history, and end with welcome drinks at our favorite restaurant right on the water.
In your free time, explore the excellent recommendations given to you by TWC. This includes checking out ancient palaces, towering viewpoints, flavorful Croatian food, and much more! Indulge in the delicious Croatian food or a treat at our favorite famous gelato shop.
Day Two
Plitvice Lakes National Park
Join the included day trip to the jaw-dropping Plitvice Lakes National Park, the most underrated destination in all of Croatia and one of the most beautiful national parks in the world! Picture towering waterfalls at every turn and bright turquoise and emerald-green water.
The group will pack in a day full of Croatia's natural beauty on this guided hiking tour. Visit the park’s waterfalls and enjoy a lake cruise and scenic tram ride. You'll leave with your phone's storage full of photos!
Day Three
Split to Hvar Island
Enjoy the relaxing ferry ride to the beautiful island of Hvar!
Check into the accommodation and enjoy the ocean views from the private beach. The rest of the day can be about exploring the island and relaxing with your new friends!
Day Four
Hvar Island
Enjoy the island's endless opportunities on this full day of island life. Rent some scooters and drive around the island, find some hidden beaches, visit colorful marinas, discover fortresses with stunning views, and eat beachside at some small Croatian towns!
Day Five
Hvar to Dubrovnik
Relax, grab some coffee, and enjoy the ferry ride to Dubrovnik.
After checking into the accommodation, you can check out the many fortresses built into the sea-side rock faces, take the Dubrovnik Cable Car for the best view of the old town, or lay out and swim at the cliffside beaches while grabbing a drink at the beach bar!
Day Six
Dubrovnik's Old Town
In the morning, join the group walking tour of Old Town. Visit all of the Game of Thrones scenes and take tons of pictures of Old Town!
In the afternoon, the group will embark on an included kayaking excursion around the stunning scenery of Dubrovnik's Old Town.
Day Seven
Free Day
Perfect day to sign up for one of the many day trips from Dubrovnik!
You can take a boat ride to another country! Montenegro's Bay of Kotor is unmatched.
Take a bus to Bosnia and visit more famous national parks!
Visit the luscious Croatian island next to the Dubrovnik called Lokrum.
Day Eight
Flight Home
Grab some coffee and one last breakfast!
Transportation to the airport is included.
Enjoy some more free drinks and meals on the flight back home. Think back on all of your adventures from this trip, say bye to all of your new friends, and enjoy your last day!
