If you choose a custom trip where the other TWC makes all of the bookings for you, then we create one package price that includes our fees. This ranges with every trip, depending on what partnerships we have in each destination and the difficulty of the trip planning.

We charge a deposit of $150 that does go towards the overall cost of the trip if you do decide to book with us. Once you pay that deposit, we will put together a detailed itinerary with a quote and give you several opportunities to make changes and adjustments to the itinerary, accommodations, etc.

We include multiple phone or Zoom calls as part of these packages. The reason that we have to charge a deposit before giving an exact quote is that it typically takes us several hours of research to be able to get an exact quote based on your preferences, budget, and dates.

Traveler Basic Itinerary

With this type of package, we will do extensive research for you, but you are responsible for actually making the bookings. TWC is less hands-on and charges one small set price for the delivery of the itinerary and questions answered. This is ideal for those looking for inspiration and a bit of help.

The Traveler Basic Itinerary includes:

Initial email consultation to discuss your goals and interests
Research and compiling of our recommendations after the initial consultation
Suggestions or changes to your current trip itinerary or travel plans via a 1-hour video call after our research
Note that this option does not include a final written itinerary created by TWC but instead the bulk of the information is provided to you during the video call.
One week of email support

Traveler Classic Itinerary

The Traveler Classic Itinerary includes:

Personal consultation to discuss your goals and interests
Extensive research and compiling of our recommendations after the initial consultation
Custom itinerary document based on flights, accommodation, and activities
- Links for you to make a booking will be included
A 1.5 hour video call and two weeks of email support after the call

Cost $265 USD

for a trip that is approximately 1-week of travel or less; Prices raise $25 for each day that the trip goes over 7 days

Traveler Plus Itinerary

The Traveler Plus Itinerary includes:

Personal consultation to discuss your goals and interests
Extensive research and compiling of our recommendations after the initial consultation
Custom itinerary document based on flights, accommodations, activities, and food recommendations
- Links for you to make a booking will be included
A detailed planning and packing checklist for your specific destination(s) to help you prepare for your trip
Two 1-hour video calls and four weeks of email support after the 2nd call

Cost $395 USD

for a trip that is approximately 1-week of travel or less; Prices raise $45 for each day that the trip goes over 7 days

TYPES OF VACATIONS/TRIPS

Our custom trips are perfect for family vacations, solo trips, couples getaways, honeymoons, destination weddings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and wellness trips. We take on all types of requests!

BUDGET AND ACTIVITY LEVEL CUSTOMIZATION

We can create any experience you're looking for, from budget travel to full luxury travel, and from adventure travel to relaxing travel to a mix of both.

DATES AND TIMELINES

You pick your dates, and your trip can be anything from a weekend getaway to a multi-month tour of a continent.

PAYMENTS

For our Itinerary Packages and Consultation Calls, the set itinerary cost is due at the beginning of service. Credit card is accepted.

For our Full-Service Trips, the $150 non-refundable deposit is due at the beginning of service. That amount does then go towards the overall cost of the trip that you owe if you do decide to book with us. Once you pay that deposit, we will put together a detailed itinerary with a quote and give you several opportunities to make changes and adjustments to the itinerary, accommodations, etc. If you are not happy with the package that we initially suggest, we are happy to make edits to it to try to make the package more to your preferences. If you ultimately decide not to book the trip with us, the deposit is non-refundable. This deposit is part of the process in order to cover the hours of work that it takes us in order to build you a custom quote.

Payments for the remaining balance owed on Full-Service Trips can be made in two installments. Credit card is accepted.

Payments for consultation calls and itineraries are due before the start of those services.
